We have worked with Bridges Fund Management to deliver EPCs and a MEEs strategy for a portfolio of 80+ office, retail and industrial units located at sites across the UK.
We first completed this exercise for their portfolio back in 2008, then refreshed in 2018. The team’s extensive industry knowledge meant that feasible and effective Net Zero Carbon technologies could be evaluated and discussed with the client.
The suggested measures not only lowered energy bills and carbon emissions, but also ensured compliance with current building regulations and protection for each property from future asset stranding. Further modelling with the new Part L is currently underway to minimise future MEEs risk.
