Compliance and EPCs

Our team of qualified Energy Assessors can quickly produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) for non-domestic buildings in a range of sectors.

We offer consultation services including energy strategies and sustainability statements to help clients achieve compliance for national, regional and local planning authorities such as the GLA. We can also help clients achieve Part L and MEES compliance for any type of commercial building with the use of the NDEA Level 5 assessment process and accredited SBEM / DSM (Design Simulation Modelling).

To demonstrate compliance with Part L, we offer an LZC energy statement before planning approval and follow the five criteria detailed in Conservation of Fuel and Power regulations. Both before and after construction we then verify that the Building Emission Rate (BER) is no greater than the Target Emission Rate (TER) using the National Calculation Methodology (NCM).

We also provide SAP calculations for new-build dwellings.
