We were commissioned by Sale Group to produce the energy models in the refurbishment of a 35,000m² landmark office development with level 5 Design Simulation Modelling (DSM) used to model the curved atria housing amenities – using all our available processing power!
The works helped identify where the most effective energy efficiencies could be made, with the installation of new AHU units, HR units, VAV and VRV heating and cooling systems.
The building met all aspirational BREEAM, sustainability, wellness (WELL Core Guidance) and energy performance targets.
