We were appointed by blue chip client, Arax Properties to optimise the design for the internal fit out of a prime multi-tenant office building in Camden, London. A stage 4 Lifecycle Carbon Assessment (LCA) was undertaken to understand the operational energy carbon use and embodied carbon stored in building materials and service infrastructure.
We produced a scope of works for the replacement of a nearing end-of-life chiller and ran some feasibility options for the terminal units in the HVAC design of the building. Ever seeing a BREEAM credit opportunity, we also completed overheating and full BREEAM assessments.
