We teamed forces with HA Marks and Westminster City Council to deliver 18 affordable, family sized homes across 3 sites as part of the city councils Fairer Westminster Strategy. The builds used Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) and were installed with PV, ASHPs in a district heat network and MVHR ventilation systems to make the homes as comfortable, efficient, and resilient as possible.
Working closely with the contractor within their mobilisation period, we delivered the M+E design and specification promptly and within the client’s budget, working to planning requirements with SAP calculations and stage 4 overheating TM59 analysis.
