CarbonPlan Engineering was instructed to undertake the M&E fit-out for the second floor of 3 Brindleyplace, Birmingham, to retrofit the floor into a BPP University working space. A MEES compliance assessment was undertaken for the whole of the building, as well as issuing an EPC rated at an A19 for the second floor.
The work completed has helped contribute to the ongoing BREEAM assessment for 3 Brindleyplace.
Throughout the execution phase of the project, CarbonPlan Engineering continually attended the site to ensure the fit-out was being completed as per specifications provided to the client.
